WordPress is pretty easy to setup and maintain, and you never have to worry about your data getting locked in to anything. There's a <a href="http://www.inmostlight.org/2005/12/migrating-from-livejournal-to-wordpress" rel="nofollow">blog post</a> that someone wrote about getting your data out of LJ and into your hands, where it can be massaged as necessary to import into any other tool, I'd imagine.
