You do have to quest until you 'unlock' the Profession Changer. You’re not limited to changing your secondary profession only once. You do have to quest until you ‘unlock’ the Profession Changer. Once s/he’s unlocked you can change your profession as many times as you desire for as long as your gold holds up.
